In order for glucoraphane to develop its unique, special properties in the body, it must be converted into its active form sulforaphane. The conversion to sulforaphane can take place firstly by the enzyme myrosinase, which is a natural component in plants such as broccoli and mustard, and secondly by the natural bacteria in our intestines, provided the intestinal flora is intact.

As a study has shown, the addition of yellow mustard seed extract, which is rich in myrosinase, increases the conversion of glucoraphane to sulforaphane in the body by a factor of 4, significantly increasing the bioavailability and effect of sulforaphane in the body. AP] Complex Capsules are the only product with a sulforaphane activation formula, as the piperine it contains can additionally increase the bioavailability and effect of glucoraphane and sulforaphane by up to 10 times.

Alaria esculenta is another important ingredient in this unique formula with a synergistic effect, which joins sulforaphane in the range of extremely valuable plant extracts.

Glucoraphane is the stable precursor of sulforaphane and is many times more stable than sulforaphane. Sulforaphane is extremely unstable in its pure form. It usually breaks down before it reaches our body. Broccoli capsules with pure sulforaphane are therefore usually unstable, as it has already decomposed before the capsules are swallowed.

[AP] Complex Capsules have the highest concentration of glucoraphane, the stable precursor of sulforaphane. [AP] Complex Capsules contain high-dose broccoli seed extract (1000 mg per daily dose) of the Brassica Oleracea variety with a high glucoraphane content. Broccoli seeds contain up to 100 times more glucoraphane than broccoli vegetables.
