The Damiana plant (Tunera diffusa) has a long tradition since the Mayan culture. Damiana belongs to the plant species of the saffron malvos, which is spread from the southern U.S. to South America. The shrub-like plants reach a height of one to two meters and grow preferably in rocky places at altitudes of 500 to 2,000 meters
Especially the Damiana leaves contain unique terpenes like damianin, which is not found in any other plant. Scientific studies have shown that damianin together with other ingredients are of high value.
Valuable extracts of maca, panax ginseng and passiflora as well as amino acids and zinc are further ingredients of this unique formula for feminine desire and fertility.
