- Apply Filler 4 Face in the morning and evening evenly onto face and neck. It is the ultimate day-and-night care.
- Avoid the upper eye lids.
- If you have eye puffiness, please do not apply Filler4Face there, as the filling effect of the cream may increase this.
- For the eyes, are please use Serum 4 Eyes or Conture Lift Illumination Eye.
- For very dry skin you additionally can use Bio Balance Nutricreme. Apply Filler 4 Face first and wait until it has been fully absorbed, before applying BioBalance Nutricreme.
- Please apply Serum 4 Eyes onto the well cleansed skin.

- If you have used care cosmetic with parabens and paraffins up to now, please make a skin peeling before applying the serum the first time.
- Apply Serum 4 Eyes softly in the morning and evening onto the complete eye area.
- Wait a few minutes to allow the serum enter the skin completely. After that, you may use Conture Lift Mask de la Creme, 4 Minutes Lift or Illumination Eye. The serum always to come first!
- With very dry skin, you may also use Bio Balance Nutricreme.
- Important: we highly recommend not to use the serum solely, but always in combination with a care product.
- Cleanse your skin with the Cleansing-Milk and also the Tonic Water before using the other care products by Dr. Juchheim.
- Tonic Water contains Aloe Vera and green tea and is well-tolerated.
- Apply Tonic Water in the morning and evening after using Cleansing-Milk. The skin will then be additionally cleaned and refreshed.
